Ensemble de fauteuils d’Etienne Fermigier

3.500,00

Étienne Fermigier was the king of curves and undulations. Like pioneer Pierre Paulin before him, he explored the new technologies of foam and metal construction to give birth to sinuous, organic forms. An ambitious self-taught designer, he opened his own studio the very year he graduated, in 1957. His promising career was sadly cut short in 1973 following a car accident.
The “Onde” seat, created for Actual in 1972, perfectly illustrates his approach: an ergonomic, enveloping design with fluid, sculptural lines.
Fully re-upholstered in Casal fabric – Gédéon range – Bougeoir colorway.
Four modules available, which can be combined to form a larger curved seating arrangement.
